Thank you!

Look at what came to my door from Old School Acres this week:
daisy pig
Her name is Daisy. Here she is on the tree all by her self...for now
daisy pig
Thanks Laurie, I want to be just like you some day!!!
I also received a very nice surprise from an old Flickr pal
surprise fabric goodies in the mail
Thanks Leeanne! I can't believe how nice you are to me :)

Here is where I will end this post because it will only turn ugly. I am COMPLETELY overwhelmed and feeling like a terrible mom, wife, employee, neighbor, friend, daughter, citizen, pet owner... you name it, I suck at it.
I'm off to try to change some of it.
Have a great day.

We do what we can do in this world. I think your heart is full and your blog has been a blessing to me. Thank you for just being you.

When my children would worry they didn't do something perfectly, I always asked them, "Did you do your very best?" They'd say yes and I'd give them a hug and say, "Then you did it perfectly and I'm proud of you."

So I send my hugs and a heartfelt "You are perfect just as you are and I'm proud of you."

P.S. I just read what I wrote a minute ago and just wanted to say that I didn't mean to imply that you are a child as you're not. I just wanted to share my thoughts on just being yourself which is the best thing anyone can do.

Ditto Junie Moon! And thank you, I am suffering from the same crap as Carol. It's the old, 'why can't I create the perfect Martha Stuart,Currier and Ives, Sat Evening Post, etc... Christmas too" syndrome. Is there such a thing? No, and we will never be a size 2 either...
